This review is being saved against a cookie in this browser. It is encrypted with a key derived from that cookie, so it survives closing the tab and survives this service restarting.

The cookie is the only key. Clear it, use a private window, or switch browser and the work is unreachable — not even the operator can recover it, because the key derivation has nothing else to go on. Signing in ties reviews to an account instead, which is the only way to reach them from a second machine.
